Goalcrease Training Center now includes Opportunity Knocks Boxing and Fitness Arts. Small classes run by mixed martial arts experts offer a fun and challenging way for goalies to improve speed and strength. Goalie specific classes are available in the off-season. Fighters have a long history of cutting edge fitness training techniques. Goalies who want to be their best need to train with the same kind of intensity. Recently, NBA and NFL players have also been training with Opportunity Knocks.
