Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 Sessions and Open Clinics: 24 hours or more in advance, sessions may be cancelled/rescheduled at no charge. To reschedule a session within a 24 window or to make up a missed session, a reinstatement fee of 50% will be assessed. There are no refunds for any cancellations. Sessions do not expire.
Camps: Any camp registration cancelled more than 30 days prior can be refunded minus a 5% surcharge. Funds can also be transferred to other Goalcrease programs or store credit. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior can be transferred to other programs/store credit, but not refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of the camp start date cannot be refunded or transferred.
