PUSH off-season training

(all groups are full, but you may still apply to potentially become an alternate).

Small group goalie training with athletes that want to PUSH each other.  Weekly on-ice sessions in the spring and summer for goalies with long term development goals.  Our unique training environment and supremely experienced coaches make this program the premier option for goalie specific training in the upper Midwest.

Mission

To create a positive energy based training experience with the hardest working athletes that we can find. Athletes are selected from an application process based more on  attitude and character rather than ability. Talent has very little to do with it. We want to train the goalies that are going to improve the most.

Training Priorites

The Mindset

Growth, Competitiveness, & Adaptability

Skating
