Get ready for next season by participating in the off season Dry-land program. Build goalie focused speed, strength, and flexibility using multi-muscle caveman training and fitness boxing in addition to traditional free weight exercises.
The boxing portion will use traditional boxer drills to improve hand speed, heart rate recovery, and explosive power to prepare goalies for their battles next season.
The caveman training incorporates multi-plane exercises such as tire flipping, sledge hammer swinging, and heavy rope drills to build functional power and cohesion between muscle groups.
These sessions are designed for smaller groups in order to maintain a high instructor to athlete ratio, allowing each participant to get a lot of personal attention.
